To create a help request, follow these steps:
1. In the app’s main screen, tap “Help”.
2. On the next screen, briefly describe what you need.
3. Specify if it’s immediate help or by appointment.
4. Set the price.
5. Finally, tap “Launch your request” to publish your help request.

It’s advisable to include information like a detailed description of the request, specify if it’s an appointment or immediate help, choose whether to allow price negotiation, and decide whether to enable the “waiting list” option. Providing clear details will help providers better understand your needs and respond appropriately.

“Time to arrive” means that a person accepting the request will arrive as soon as possible. The user seeking help can monitor the assistant’s real-time location and see an approximate arrival time.

“On appointment,” on the other hand, allows you to select a specific date and time to receive the help you need. Appointment details can be automatically saved on your device with in-app permission, allowing for more precise planning.

The “waiting list” option is for users requesting help, ensuring that their request will be fulfilled in case the primary helper cancels. When a help requester creates and launches their request, they can activate the “waiting list” option. This allows other users looking to earn to book and remain on standby for a limited time. If the primary helper cancels, the first person on the waiting list is informed that they can take on the job initially assigned to the person who canceled, allowing the help requester to receive assistance even in unforeseen circumstances.

From the main screen, tap “Earn.” Next, the in-app map will open with icons representing help requests in your area. Select an icon, and a screen with details about the type of help requested will appear. Once you’ve reviewed the details and are ready to accept the offer, tap the “Accept” button.

When you tap on the icons representing help requests on in-app maps, you will automatically see information about the requester. In particular, you can view reviews left both as a requester and as a helper, providing you with a comprehensive view of the requester’s experience in the app.

Yes, you can negotiate the price with the requester. All users can negotiate the price, provided that the negotiation option is enabled in the help request. Here’s how it works: if the user seeking help has enabled the negotiation option, you will see the scale symbol. You can tap on this symbol and enter your counteroffer. Your counteroffer will then be communicated to the help requester, who can choose to accept it, reject it, or make a further counteroffer. Negotiations end when the help requester accepts an offer or rejects the counteroffer. The user seeking to earn extra income can decide whether to accept or reject the final offer.

Payment works as follows: when the help session between two users is concluded, both users confirm it through the app. Subsequently, a QR code is generated on the provider’s phone. The help requester scans this QR code with their phone, which generates a payment confirmation screen. Before making the payment, the help requester has the option to leave an additional tip.

To leave a review, after completing the payment, the application will prompt you to leave a review for both the user who requested help and the user who provided help. Reviews are essential for evaluating the experience and quality of service. If you wish, you also have the option to share your experience through major social networks.
